Complaints about Goods

1. The products offered in the store are brand new and original. The company UBIERAMYEKIPY DAMIAN TABACZUK  based in Katowice, address: 40-321 Katowice, ul. Hallera 18, is responsible for physical or legal defects of the Goods on the basis of art. 556 and following of the Civil Code.
2. The company UBIERAMYEKIPY DAMIAN TABACZUK  based in Katowice, address: 40-321 Katowice, ul. Hallera 18, takes steps to ensure that the Store functions properly, to the extent that results from the current technical knowledge and undertakes to remove any irregularities reported by customers within a reasonable time.
3. Each item purchased in the store may be advertised in compliance with the terms and conditions of the complaint set out in the relevant legal provisions, if it has defects that constitute its non-compliance with the concluded sales contract.
4. A complaint may be submitted by post by returning the goods along with a written description of the defect or a complaint form downloaded from the Store's website and sent by registered mail or other form of delivery to the following address: UBIERAMYEKIPY DAMIAN TABACZUK  based in Katowice, address: 40-321 Katowice, ul. The customer will receive information on the method of considering the complaint within 14 days from the day following the receipt by the Store of the parcel containing the goods complained about.
5. If the product has defects, the Customer is entitled to the following claims pursuant to Art. 556 and art. 561 of the Civil Code:
6. a) Submission of a benefit on withdrawal from the Agreement or reduction of the price of the Goods, unless the Seller immediately and without undue inconvenience to the Buyer replaces the Product with a product free from defects or removes the defect.
7. b) Demand to replace the Product with a Product free from defects or to remove the defect.
8. If the complaint is not accepted, the goods will be sent back together with the opinion as to the unjustified nature of the complaint.
9. If the Customer finds that the goods have been damaged during transport, it is recommended that the Customer draws up a damage report in the presence of an employee of the courier company.

1. Returns of Goods - withdrawal from the sales contract

1. A customer who is a consumer within the meaning of the applicable law has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without giving any reason, on the terms described below.
2. The deadline to withdraw from the contract for the sale of the Goods shall expire after 14 days from the date on which the Customer came into possession of the Goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Customer came into possession of the Goods.

1. Customers can use the model withdrawal form, which will be delivered to you by e-mail immediately after confirming the order, but it is not obligatory. Customers can also complete and scan the withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement by e-mail to the following e-mail address: biuro@ubieramyekipy.pl. If the Customer uses this option, the Store will immediately send the Customer a confirmation of receipt of information on withdrawal from the contract on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail).
2. To meet the deadline to withdraw from the contract, it is sufficient for the customer to send information regarding the exercise of his right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline to withdraw from the contract.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Store returns to the Customers all payments received from the customer, except for the delivery costs, which the customer incurs when choosing a given delivery method, and in any case not later than 14 days from the date on which the Store was informed about the Customer's decision to perform the right to withdraw from the contract.
6. We will refund the Customer's payment using the same payment methods that were used by the Customer in the original transaction, unless the Customer expressly agreed to a different solution; in any event, customers will not be charged any fees associated with this return. The Store may withhold the reimbursement until receipt of the item or until proof of its return is delivered to the Store, depending on which event occurs first.
7. Customers are only responsible for reducing the value of the returned Goods resulting from using them in a different way than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

1. Ordering the preparation of clothes not purchased in the online store www.ubieramyekipy.pl is not subject to the above regulations.
2. The returned goods should be sent by Polish post in the form of a postal parcel, or by a courier company that ensures direct delivery of the returned goods to the company's headquarters, in the case of Polish Post, sending the goods by letter or registered mail does not ensure delivery of the goods to our company's headquarters, and such shipments, in the event of failure to deliver them to our headquarters, our company does not respond.
3. Personalized clothing purchased by the store www.ubieramyekipy.pl and purchased in a different form is not refundable or exchangeable.
